Get The Led Out
One of the foremost tribute bands in America, Get The Led Out kicks off the Labor Day weekend with four nights of rock and roll. Performing songs from one of the most beloved bands of the 70’s, Led Zeppelin, the band takes the Sellersville Theater stage at 8 PM, September 1st-4th.
First Friday
Lansdale, Bethlehem, Old City, Phoenixville, Doylestown and New Hope all host local artists and vendors on the streets for the first friday of September. Each event will feature live showings, delicious bites and local culture to take in starting at 5 PM.
Labor Day Fireworks
At 8:30 PM on September 3rd and 4th, Sesame Place will light up the night with a fireworks show that the whole family can enjoy.
How Sweet It Is
For wine-lovers, pairing events are a special thing. On September 4th, Crossing Vineyards and Winery in Washington Crossing is hosting their wine & chocolate pairing, open to the public. Starting at 2 PM, the event will feature an assortment of local wines and chocolates as well as instruction by sommeliers.
Philadelphia Honey Festival
Prepare to bee amazed. Glen Foerd on the Delaware hosts the Honey Happy Hour on September 9th from 6 PM to 9 PM. Cooking demos, dessert samplers, lawn games and beer samples will be just some of the activities to enjoy during the evening.
Doylestown Arts Festival
September 10th and 11th, Doylestown hosts the largest outdoor arts festival in the county from 10 AM to 5 PM. Featuring more than 160 artists displaying paintings, jewelry, photography, pottery and much more, the event is one of the most talked-about of the year.
